NEW or TRANSFERRING Scouts must complete an online BSA YOUTH APPLICATION
(note that you should check "YES" for Boys' Life magazine, a subscription is included with your membership)

RENEWING Scouts must complete a RENEWAL FORM and return it to the Pack 311 Parent Committee Chair,
either in person or via email at: parentchair@cubpack311.com.
